About Deal or No Deal: Golden Game

As one of the most popular game shows on British TV, it’s no surprise that this is not Deal or No Deal’s first foray into the world of online slots. Deal or No Deal: Golden Game offers a familiar trail mechanic that fans of Deal or No Deal Megaways will be familiar with. Landing the show's iconic Red Box symbols contribute to some hefty cash prizes including an eye-watering 5000x with 10 symbols uncovered, while the game also predictably offers the ability to choose a lucky box and take on the banker in the game's bonus feature.

How to Play Deal or No Deal: Golden Game Slot

Total Stake
Choose your stake size by selecting the wager symbol indicated by the ‘cash symbol’ on the right-hand side of the screen. The minimum wager amount is £0.20, while the maximum is £10.00.

Spin
When you are happy with your wager amount, select the large green ‘Spin’ symbol to make a single spin at your chosen wager amount.

Menu
Open the game’s menu by selecting the symbol featuring three horizontal white lines. From here you can view information about the paytable, bonus features and game functions.

Deal or No Deal: Golden Game Slot Special Features

Red Box Scatter

Landing three or more of the Red Box symbols will award one of eight cash prizes depending on the number of symbols uncovered. The maximum cash prize for landing 10 symbols is 5000x your bet.

Deal or No Deal Exchange

Upon landing four Red Box scatters, or any fixed win that awards 40x or more your stake, you will be offered the option to either collect the cash prize or gamble the winnings to play Deal or No Deal.

Deal or No Deal

Similar to the game's TV show counterpart, players must choose a lucky box before eliminating other boxes and removing the cash values inside. The Banker will make a cash offer after a set number of boxes have been eliminated. The Banker’s offer corresponds to the cash values still in play. You may choose to collect the Banker’s cash offer or continue playing to win the contents of your lucky box at the end of the feature.

Golden Game Free Spins

Landing three or more of the Telephone symbol will start the above feature, however, boxes will contain free spins instead of cash values. During free spins, the Red Box scatter trail will also be present, as well as a multiplier trail on the right-hand side which increases with each golden symbol landed.

Slot Boss Review

When it comes to online slot adaptations of TV game shows, there’s no doubt that Deal or No Deal has earned its place at the top of the pile. The game show's popularity and easy-to-follow rules have made it an accessible franchise for online slots players to get into. In terms of features, Deal or No Deal: Golden Game follows a familiar format which is not far off Blueprint’s previous Deal or No Deal Megaways, minus the Megaways slot mechanic. Taking on the Banker remains fairly consistent, however, the addition of playing Deal or No Deal for free spins alongside cash prizes certainly makes this variation stand out.
